Walk through the doors at 305 Puckett Road and you will understand the 4.7-star rating almost immediately. Members and guests describe the same thing every time: open arms, zero pretense, and a room full of people who genuinely wanted them there. That is not an accident. Perry Elks Lodge #1851 has built its reputation event by event, handshake by handshake, in a town that notices when an organization is authentic.

The calendar here runs year-round with events that draw families across Taylor County. The Father Daughter Dance fills the hall with dressed-up dads and beaming kids. The Breakfast with Santa draws crowds who leave talking about the food as much as the holiday spirit. And on any given bingo night, first-timers walk in as strangers and leave planning their next visit. These are not fundraising checkboxes. They are the actual culture of the Lodge.

BPOE Lodge #1851 is also a fraternal organization with real charitable roots, supporting veterans, youth programs, and local community needs throughout the Perry area. Membership opens the door to that mission, and to a social life that a lot of people didn't know they were missing.

What We Offer

Bingo nights are a staple at the Lodge, drawing regulars and newcomers alike for an evening that is equal parts competition and conversation. The atmosphere is loud in the best way, and first-timers are made to feel like they have been coming for years.

Special events anchor the community calendar. The Father Daughter Dance is an annual highlight that families plan around. Breakfast with Santa turns the hall into a full holiday production, with food that members have specifically called out as delicious and a staff that commits completely to the seasonal spirit. Other events rotate through the year, giving members consistent reasons to gather.

For those interested in membership, the Elks Lodge offers access to the full event calendar, fraternal benefits, and the chance to contribute to charitable programs that serve veterans, scholarship recipients, and local families in need throughout Perry, Florida and the surrounding region.

"What a beautiful spot for visiting Elks to camp! Nice, grassy area with power, water and a dump site. We visited 10/17/21 from Oregon. Lodge was not open. Thank you Elks Lodges that have facilities available for us to use. Whether it just be dry parking or services available, it's very much appreciated to have a safe place to stay."

Long before it was a national observance, the Order set aside June 14th to honor the flag. Patriotism has always been one of our cardinal principles, and every lodge meeting still closes the same way it has for over a century.
